Admission Process

Step 1.

Admission and Application

You have to fill out the online application: attach the required documents and pay the 30€ application fee. You can also find the online application on the top right part of the program that you want to choose.

List of documents:

  • Passport or Id
  • CV(in English or Spanish)
  • Latest Academic Transcript
  • Motivation Letter:
    • 500 – 1000 words, in .pdf format.
    • Explain why you want to do this program.
    • Explain why you think your profile is a good fit

Step 2

Video Interview

Duration 30 min – 60 min. No preparation required.

Step 3

Application Result

Two to three business days after receiving the test results, you will receive an email about whether or not you are considered eligible. In the case of being considered suitable (which we expect), you will have 15 working days to pay the reservation fee.

Step 4

Registeration Fee

Once you have been accepted for the program you have to pay the corresponding registration fee. You have to make the payment before the last date of the deadline mentioned in the admission email. There is no refund of the amount paid once enrolled.
In case of visa rejection not attributable to NBS, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.

Step 5

Final Payment

You will need to complete the payment before the deadline stated in the email. There are two methods of payment: single payment and payment in installments. You can complete the payment via the bank transfer.
