Morning hike & Mindfulness practice Event

We will head to the most beautiful view point of the Mirador Maria Gispert peak, where a small master session on mindfulness lifestyle, including the practice of meditation will be provided.Water and snacks for recuperation and energy will be supplied.We will start our rout from Mundet underground station at 9:30, the rise to the top will take about an hour, then 30 minutes mindfulness practice and descent back.
