The Master in NeuroBusiness at NEURO Business School is a one-year, career-focused program that blends psychology, business strategy, and neuroscience. You’ll learn how the brain makes decisions in sales and negotiations—and how to ethically influence these decisions to achieve win-win outcomes.

You can study online, hybrid (with 2 months in Barcelona), or fully on campus.

This practical program equips you with negotiation frameworks, persuasive communication techniques, and neuro-sales tools adapted to real business situations—helping you close deals faster, build trust, and create long-term client relationships.

Built on our unique three-circle method—business, psychology, and neuroscience—you’ll graduate with a powerful skill set to lead sales conversations and negotiations with confidence, clarity, and strategic empathy.

The program is accredited by the University of Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya (UVic-UCC), a public university in Spain.
